No Return / No Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Prurvia. Due to the nature of our business and made-to-order process, all sales are final. Please read this policy carefully before making your purchase.


1. All Sales Are Final

At Prurvia, each product is custom-made just for you. As a result, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Wrong size ordered

  • Change of mind

  • Delayed shipping

  • Inaccurate shipping address provided by the customer


2. Damaged or Defective Items

We only replace items if they arrive defective, damaged, or with a manufacturing issue.

If your item arrives in poor condition:

  • Contact us within 3 days of delivery

  • Email: prurvia.help@gmail.com

  • Include clear photos of the item and packaging

  • Provide your order number

If approved, we may offer a replacement at no extra cost. We do not issue refunds under any circumstance.


3. Order Cancellations

Because all items are made to order, cancellations are not accepted once your order is placed.


4. Shipping Issues

Prurvia is not responsible for:

  • Lost or stolen packages marked as “delivered”

  • Delays caused by the shipping carrier

  • Customs duties or fees (for international orders)

We recommend contacting the carrier directly for any delivery issues.


5. Customer Responsibility

  • Your shipping address

  • Your order details and sizing

We are not liable for mistakes made during checkout.
